Wednesday, March 20, 2024 – Deadline for paper or poster titles and electronic photographs
By Wednesday, March 20th, please submit the title of your paper or poster to kim.olson@usu.edu via e-mail
By Monday, March 20th, please submit an electronic photograph of yourself (or your team if doing a team poster) to kim.olson@usu.edu in .jpg or similar format – if you participated in last year’s Symposium and would like us to use the same photograph, please indicate in an e-mail by the deadline

Wednesday, April 24, 2024 – deadline for final paper submissions
By Wednesday, April 24th, please submit a .pdf document of your final paper via e-mail to kim.olson@usu.edu.  Please use the paper style guide appropriate to your discipline (e.g., IEEE standard for Electrical Engineering).  Please use double column format and number each page of your paper.  The required length of the paper is 6 pages minimum.  While there is no maximum length, most papers are typically 8-10 pages at most.
